We walked around the old market, did some shopping, and listened to the street musicians, which Amber loved, then went to dinner at Spaghetti Works. Yummy! We then walked to the theater! I love the Old Market in Omaha! It was actually a nice evening as well, no rain!
Amber outside the Theater, ready to go in and take our seats! We had great seats by the way. Center stage not to close and not to far back. Perfect!!
Before we got to our seats we had to buy some "Wicked" souvenirs. She got a t-shirt, a poster, and a CD of the music. Before the show started I took this picture of my beautiful daughter, who couldn't wait for the show to start!
It was great as usual. I had seen the show in New York last December and loved it, and it was nice to see it again. I actually caught some things I had missed the first time. Amber of course loved it, and couldn't talk about much else for the next couple of days. It was a great memory I will always have with my daughter who is now a senior, and who only has a year left at home. (sniff)
You are such a beautiful young woman, Amber! I am feeling sort of sad that you will be going off to college but also very happy for you. You are awesome!
